Ryan McGee is an experienced construction and operations professional with over 20 years of industry experience. He spent 15 years in oilfield production management, developing strong leadership, operational, and project management skills in a demanding field environment.

Ryan transitioned into commercial construction, where he spent the five years with SLI Group Inc. as a Site Superintendent. In that role, he oversaw day-to-day field operations, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, quality control, and project execution.

His background in oilfield operations combined with his commercial construction experience gives Ryan a strong, practical approach to managing complex projects, coordinating field teams, and keeping projects moving safely and efficiently.
