Lindsay Adams
Director of DevelopmentLindsay plays a key role in coordinating and executing BCS’ ground-up development projects, ensuring each meets the highest standards from inception to completion. She leads new deal negotiations, oversees the due diligence and entitlement processes, works with governing bodies to secure development approvals and build relationships and assists in executing leasing strategies. She is also responsible for understanding the implications of cost, constructibility, and project constraints to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. Lindsay collaborates closely with a diverse range of professionals, including land-use planners, architects, engineers, general contractors and tenants to design and develop projects that maximize property potential and bring strategic visions to life. She is passionate about delivering projects that positively impact the communities that they serve. Lindsay holds a BBA in Energy Management and Finance from the University of Tulsa’s Collins College of Business Honors Program. She is an active member of the Junior League of Houston and serves on the Children’s Ministry team at Grace Bible Church.
