Dylan is a Principal, Industrial, with BCS Capital Group. Dylan’s primary focus is on sourcing, capitalizing, and executing industrial development and acquisition opportunities. Prior to joining BCS Capital Group, Dylan worked at a large-scale industrial platform, where he led acquisition and capitalization efforts spanning more than 1,300 acres and 10 million square feet of development. Dylan holds an MBA from Rice University’s Jones Graduate School of Business, and a BBA in Finance, with a concentration in Real Estate, from Texas Christian University’s Neeley School of Business. Away from the office, Dylan enjoys golf and coaching his sons’ baseball and football teams.
